day 8 - Odaiba

after Sensoji we head to Odaiba. somehow to go to Odaiba, its cost a lot more on the train then anywherelse. its costs 840yen

Odaiba is a popular shopping and sightseeing destination for Tokyoites and tourists alike now. but previously Odaiba is actually a series of six island fortresses constructed in 1853 by the Tokugawa shogunate in order to protect Edo from attack by sea. then we went to Pallete Town, we saw the Ferris Wheel(Daikanransha), height 115 m next to it before we went in to Venus Fort, its a Venice theme shopping mall. its looks like the shopping arcade we visited in Las Vegas previously.

we actually decided to walk over ot Rainbow Bridge but last minute decided too far to walk. so we ended up at the Odaiba-kaihin -koen Seaside Park instead,. we can get a great view of Rainbow Bridge and not forgetting the lighted upYakatabune boats.
