notebook down

haiz, my notebook keyboard just wouldnt stay at its catchs. Realli need to be replaced as just not 1 key but a few keys are like dropping off. So I send my notebook to IBM Service Centre on Wednesday afternoon. I called them in the afternoon and they told me that thier engineer is evaluating it at the moment. They only came back to me on Thursday and their quote is $194 to replace the whole keyboard and $100 for labour! As the notebook is company issued, need to get approval from my boss before can give the go ahead for the replacement. After my boss has approved, the replacement was done and ready for collection by this afternoon. However, as the invoice for the repair was not received by my company, my notebook couldnt be return back to me today.

so miserable, hopefully the cheque is ready by Monday. I will be going back to work the following Monday, so fast time flies by. Its going to be 3 months since I was on leave. no surfing ! although I can turn on the desktop but I was just too lazy to do that. wonder how is the market faring today as its Friday ;-)
